Do not use conflict minerals policy statement

SHENZHEN ANTOP TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD understands that its production activities and the products it provides may have a certain impact on society and the environment. To take the social responsibility of the company, the company hereby promises:

1. The metals used or contained in all products or parts delivered by the company do not come from designated countries or regions (as defined in Note 1) and “conflict minerals” in any armed forces controlled area in these countries (see Note 2 for definition) .

2. Do not purchase or accept conflict minerals that directly or indirectly finance or benefit from armed organizations and other conflict-affected areas.

3. Conduct a “conflict minerals” due diligence to trace the source of metals in all products to ensure they are not from “conflict minerals” countries or regions.

4. Communicate conflict minerals policy requirements to the relevant parties of the company, do not purchase materials with conflict mineral risks, and do not cooperate with suppliers that support conflict minerals.

 

Note 1: Specify the country or region: In 2010, the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Financial Reform and Consumer Protection Act adopted the definition of the prohibited source countries, namely the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the nine internationally recognized national borders. The countries are Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia.

Note 2: Conflict minerals: According to Section 1502(e) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Financial Reform and Consumer Protection Act adopted in 2010: “Conflict minerals” means (A) columbium- tantalum(Coltan), Tin ore, gold, black tungsten or a derivative thereof; or (B) any mineral or derivative thereof characterized by the U.S. Secretary of Stateas causing financial conflicts in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjacent countries or regions.
